The Apartment house Marína- under this name it was known since the founding of the Czechoslovak Republic. However, its history dates back early to 1892 when it was built as a rental resort -Villa Tivoli. The house was named after the famous character from the work of Andrej Sládkovič. In order to achieve the best result, we have combined three different technologies - reproductions of the original wooden windows, wooden windows and modern wood-aluminium windows.
